La nostra filosofia

Busquem poder formar jugadors altament preparats

 Per a totes les categories fins al Juvenil, el bon joc i la formació física integral, tècnic -tàctica individual i col·lectiva ha d’estar per sobre del resultat. És a dir, els bons resultats ha de ser conseqüència d’una bona formació i no el fi últim. El més important és la formació dels nens i nenes per sobre dels resultats. Hem de buscar el màxim rendiment en els 3 anys de la etapa juvenil. La resta de categories han de seguir un llarg camí de formació en base a uns continguts de treball adequats a la edat biològica de cada nen/a.
